When prompted you will
be asked to click on the 'NCS REMOTE SUPPORT' link
above, you will then need to select 'Run' and then
'Run again' from the pop up window, if your using
Windows Vista or Windows 7 you may also need to
select continue when the User Account Control
prompts you You
will the be asked to provide us with your ID and
then Password which is generated by the Team Viewer
software
